From these insights, we craft a personalized tutoring plan that details the key focus areas and suggests the appropriate number of sessions required. Once the program concludes, we conduct a summative assessment to evaluate progress, identify any lingering skill gaps, and celebrate the successful completion of the program. With more than 20 years of experience in English Language Arts, Tonya offers an extensive array of knowledge and commitment to the education sector. Her role as a Reading Instructional Coach reflects her deep passion for promoting literacy and empowering students to realize their full potential. Tonya possesses two Master's Degrees—one in Education and the other in Educational Administration—providing her with a comprehensive understanding of teaching and effective educational practices. Additionally, her background as a school administrator strengthens her capability to support all learners in fostering an environment conducive to growth and achievement.
